Position Description.
Partner should have 1) Basic Oracle Knowledge to write Queries - Select, Update, Delete 2) Good Analytical skills 3) MQ and IIS knowledge shall be added advantage 4) Payment Domain Knowledge - RTGS and NEFT 5) Worked on Production Support -Live bank system 6) Good - Communication Skills - English and Hindi - Oral and Written both.
Your future duties and responsibilities.
Attend client calls/emails.
Log In Jira.
Perform analysis - share RCA.
If needed loop in technical team.
Deploy patch in client UAT.
Facilitate client UAT.
Plan and do production movement.
Apply workaround basis on self analysis or KEDB in client.
Update the Jira with all status on tickets and issues worked upon.
replicate issue in CGI test bed..
liase with l3 and client to get the issues resolved.
