Product Owner Service - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or related domains; - Responsible for the accurate implementation of new features in a tool used worldwide across Smart Infrastructure.
- Work closely with relevant stakeholders, with Product Managers and Subject Matter Experts - You take over requirement tickets from the Product Management and backlog into development planning and coordinate the technical implementation of requirements with the development teams.
- You maintain the product backlog with priorities defined by product management and clarify requirements in detail with all involved stakeholders.
- You work closely with the development teams to ensure that requirements are clearly understood and efficiently implemented.
Resolve bottlenecks or conflicts to help the team progress.
- You communicate with all relevant stakeholders to ensure that the product goals and requirements are understood and met.
- Participates in sprint planning and sprint review meetings and team meetings.
- Sets up and maintains product risk management, consider quality attributes such as usability, security, safety, regulatory and legal aspects among others.
- Continuously monitor the product's performance, including user satisfaction, adoption metrics, to identify areas for optimization and enhancement.
- Works closely with the team to clearly communicate customer needs; helps and motivates the team to understand them by presenting and explaining the product backlog items.
- Good level of English.
