-Capacidade de análise de requisitos.
-Capacidade de elaboração de testes funcionais.
-Experiência de trabalho em metodologia Scrum.
-Experiência com Datamarts e integração de sistemas de dados.
-Capacidade de priorização de requisitos e alinhamento com stakeholders.
-Comunicação clara e eficaz com equipes técnicas e não-técnicas.
-Conhecimentos básicos de SQL (desejável).
-Gestão de backlog e definição de critérios de aceitação.
-Foco em resultados e experiência com feedback contínuo de clientes.
-Capacidade de tomar decisões informadas com base nas necessidades do negócio.
-Capacidade de adaptação a mudanças rápidas e ambientes dinâmicos.
