We’re currently looking for a Product Owner to join a global, fast-paced team in a role that will act as the bridge between Business, Tech, and Product teams.
In this position, you will oversee the transformation program, conducting discoveries on back-office processes, assessing legacy platforms, and ensuring alignment across global domain backlogs from various teams.

• Oversee the convergence roadmap and backlog, ensuring requirements are properly captured and communicated to relevant teams.
• Create clarity and alignment on deliverables within global teams, across tech teams, and to stakeholders.
• Conduct discoveries on operational processes, creating alignment from a business to technical perspective.
• Ensure the platform domain grows in a scalable, reliable, and compliant structure.
• Utilize your deep knowledge of users and technology to define end-to-end requirements/stories that are comprehensible to developers/QA.
• Support troubleshooting and resolving potential issues in production environments.

You will be proficient in navigating and using digital, data, and technology tools relevant to the role, able to analyze and communicate data to derive insights and performance improvements.
Requirements.
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in an agile environment.
• Previous experience in digital transformation programs is preferred.
• Degree holder in computing, engineering, or business-related subjects is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the software development process and technical requirements.
• Outstanding stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills.
