Responsabilidades - Criar a visão, estratégia e roadmap de produto orientado à entrega de valor contínuo; - Impulsionar a evolução das soluções Atlassian que contribuem para o processo de transformação e melhoria continua dos processos; - Identificar, agregar e priorizar requisitos dos stakeholders alinhados com a estratégia; - Garantir a implementação das ferramentas Atlassian para melhorar a eficiência e a eficácia dos processos internos; - Identificar e implementar integrações entre as ferramentas Atlassian e outras soluções internas; - Dar formação e suporte aos utilizadores finais para garantir a adoção adequada das ferramentas e processos; - Manter-se atualizado com as novas funcionalidades dos produtos Atlassian e avaliar seu potencial impacto para melhoria continua dos processos; Requisitos - +5 anos de experiência como Product Owner em soluções Atlassian; - Energia pessoal, mentalidade proativa e desruptiva com a capacidade de inspirar as equipas e tomar decisões de impacto; - Capacidade de traduzir requisitos de negócios em user stories claras e concisas; - Elevada capacidade de comunicação e negociação e domínio do Inglês; - Forte capacidade analítica e resolução de problemas; - Licenciatura/Mestrado em Engenharia ou áreas semelhantes; - Certificações relevantes da Atlassian (plus).
