• Assist in the onboarding of IT tools used • Facilitate the alignment of procedures and working methods with those required by the architecture of the new IT systems.
Also contribute to the fine tuning of business requirements to ensure that business needs are met.
• Screening of current administrative and financial procedures as specified in financial circuit policy (and at a more general level in Manual Administrative Procedures) against the needs and requirements of the new IT systems-logic and propose the necessary update to procedural documents and checklists in line with existing rules and regulations.
This task would also involve the steering of internal co-ordination meetings to receive the necessary inputs and comments from colleagues for the elaboration of these documents.
• Providing input for the final business requirements of the new IT tools on - At least 10 years of specific expertise in Experience with large, enterprise-level multi-user Information Systems - At least 10 years of specific expertise in Experience in Agile, PM2, Prince2, PMP, ITIL - At least 10 years of specific expertise in Business Analysis in the context of management of Public Procurement and Grants - At least 10 years of specific expertise in Good knowledge of agile toolbox (i.
