Your daily work will include tasks like the following.
Assist with customer inquiries, requests, and orders by entering data accurately into our support tools Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and stay informed about any changes in company or client policies Deliver high quality, fast and efficient service, always ready to assist customers with their immediate needs Costumer focus in a friendly and professional manner Your qualifications You speak and write Portuguese at a native level and English fluently (at least B2).
Experience in the the customer support industry is a plus.
You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills (MS Office Package) Excellent problem solving skills with good inter-personal relationship building skills (empathy, listening ability, communication, ability to remain calm in stressful situations) Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, duties and tasks, and you have excellent communication skills and can express your thoughts clearly and concisely.
