Perfil ideal University degree or equivalent in Human Resources or equivalent through experience Relevant professional experience in payroll processing in an international company, preferably in the chemical industry or in a manufacturing company; Fluent in written and spoken German and good level of English; Solid knowledge of German payroll tax and social security legislation; Knowledge of time management; Knowledge of HR and Payroll related tools (SAP HR, Success Factors and similar tools); Knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google tools, especially Excel.
