We are recruiting Online Sales Support (M/F/) for the sales customer care team.
Main responsibilities.
Handling phone calls to clarify customer doubts and questions for both individual and corporate clients; Assisting customers in navigating and using the company website, helping them find the products they are looking for; Managing complaints and returns, ensuring customer satisfaction; Managing and processing the email inbox; Providing direct post-sales support.
What we are looking for.
Minimum education level of high school diploma (12th grade); Fluency in English, as you will provide post-sales support worldwide; Experience and confidence in customer service and sales; Passion and knowledge in the field of sports; Focused on customer satisfaction and resolving issues quickly and effectively.

Schedule.
