We are recruiting Online Sales Support (M/F/) for the sales customer care team.
Main responsibilities.
andling phone calls to clarify customer doubts and questions for both individual and corporate clients;Assisting customers in navigating and using the company website, helping them find the products they are looking for;Managing complaints and returns, ensuring customer satisfaction;Managing and processing the email inbox;Providing direct post-sales support.
What we are looking for.
inimum education level of high school diploma (12th grade);Fluency in English, as you will provide post-sales support worldwide;Experience and confidence in customer service and sales;Passion and knowledge in the field of sports;Focused on customer satisfaction and resolving issues quickly and effectively.

Schedule.
