Description: As a Customer Service Representative, you will:Respond to inbound customer requests, documenting relevant case informationEnsure excellent customer satisfaction by assisting users with Pre-Sales, General Inquiries, and technical support issues via multiple channels (as assigned)Respond appropriately or escalate customers to higher tiers of support as defined and documentedCollaborate with other technicians to resolve or properly close help tickets Requirements: Your qualificationsOur client is a great match if you:Have a high level of Norwegian (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2)Possess excellent writing and verbal communication skills to simplify technical language for non-technical usersDemonstrate patience when communicating and solving issuesStay up-to-date with the latest IT and tech-related trendsAre proactive, self-motivated, and a great team playerIf you feel you don’t check every box, we still encourage you to apply.
