YOUR ROLE * Communicate effectively in French with clients to understand their migration requirements and provide necessary assistance.
* Coordinate and manage the migration process for VoIP services, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption for clients.
* Follow up on migration activities, closely monitoring progress and promptly resolving any issues or roadblocks.
* Provide regular status updates and reports on migration progress to the team and clients.
YOUR PROFILE * Fluency in French, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Prior experience in a similar role involving client communication.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills.
* Proactive mindset, with the ability to anticipate challenges and take necessary preemptive actions.
