Provide excellent customer support to German or Frenchspeaking customers via phone email and chat Assist customers with productrelated questions service inquiries and account issues Resolve customer complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction Accurately document customer interactions and maintain customer records Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary Maintain uptodate knowledge of company products services and procedures Deliver customer service in line with the companys standards and policies Requirements.
Native speaker of German or French (required) Good level of English (written and spoken) for internal communication Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is an advantage Excellent communication and problemsolving skills Ability to work in a teamoriented environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Flexibility to work shifts and meet customer needs What We Offer.
