What you will do in this role As a Legal Advisor, you will.
Offer customers accurate legal advice on relevant laws, regulations, and policies, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
Address legal-related questions, concerns, and disputes efficiently while maintaining professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Assist in preparing, reviewing, and explaining legal concepts, terms, and agreements to clients.
Stay updated on legal requirements and help customers adhere to industry-specific regulations and policies.
Work with legal departments, compliance officers, and customer service teams to resolve complex legal issues and improve customer experience.

Have a high level of English, oral and written (C2) and fluent in German or French (C1) Have the ability to explain complex legal terms in a clear, customer-friendly manner.
Have strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
