Sei ein unermüdlicher Fürsprecher für die Kunden und ihrer Anliegen; Bereitstellung der notwendigen Hilfe zur Lösung aller technischen Probleme des Kunden per Telefon und E-Mail; Stelle die Kundenzufriedenheit sicher, indem du kreative Lösungen für deren Anliegen präsentierst.
Bemühe dich, das Vertrauen der Kunden in die Marke zurückzugewinnen; Empfehlungen geben, um auf die Bedürfnisse der Kunden einzugehen; Eine zentrale Rolle innerhalb der internen Organisation spielen.

Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (C2) und Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B2); Kundenorientiert mit starken Entscheidungskompetenzen im Kundenservice und technischem Support; Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Argumentationsfähigkeiten; Fähigkeit, technische Probleme kreativ zu lösen; Fähigkeit, positive Beziehungen zu Kunden aufzubauen und aufrechtzuerhalten.
