Responsabilidades - Desenvolver relacionamentos sólidos com clientes, garantindo a sua satisfação e sucesso; - Acompanhar objetivos e prazos definidos, assegurando o cumprimento dos mesmos; - Realizar reuniões estratégicas para alinhar objetivos de médio e longo prazo; - Identificar oportunidades de crescimento nos serviços e soluções oferecidos; - Colaborar com a equipa de vendas para fidelizar clientes e criar novas oportunidades; - Gerir uma carteira de clientes com foco em resultados previsíveis e escaláveis; - Manter-te atualizado sobre tendências e inovações relacionadas à tua área de atuação; - Colaborar com equipas internas e partes interessadas para promover boas práticas.
Requisitos - Licenciatura em áreas como Gestão de Recursos Humanos, Comunicação Organizacional ou similares; - Experiência prévia em gestão, relacionamento ou suporte ao cliente (preferencial).
- Fluência em inglês e em espanhol (preferencial); - Conhecimentos intermédios em Microsoft Excel, Office 365, plataformas SaaS e CRM HubSpot (preferencial); - Conhecimentos de metodologias ágeis e gestão de projetos (valorizada).
