Main Tasks and Responsibilities.
* Manage and analyze incidents to ensure compliance with the Service Level and obtain a permanent fix, guaranteeing proper analysis of the cause of the incident; * Participating in the configuration of appropriate support models and knowledge transfer for implemented systems and processes; Requirements.
* Degree in Computer Science or similar; * Previous experience working with specialized support teams; * Minimum of 2 years of experience with the following technologies or platforms.
