Your New Role As an IT Infrastructure Services Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for IT-related issues within the business.
Your responsibilities will include creating, optimising, and enhancing interfaces, as well as resolving any issues that arise.
You will work closely with relevant stakeholders to develop sustainable solutions for connecting IT systems, performing root cause analysis, and finding solutions with the support of a strong IT team.
Responsibilities Manage the lifecycle of various IT services within the specific area.
Responsible for reporting on these services.
Manage contractors and vendors for these services.
Improve existing services.
Define processes to meet business needs and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
What You'll Need to Succeed To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in IT infrastructure management, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
Experience in managing IT services, reporting, and vendor management is essential.
