Ensure the technical and functional support of production applications.
Ensure operational conditions for the services.
Contribute to applications releases and intervene in case of incidents and also in preventive situations.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES -solve incidents and service requests within their scope by ensuring that the service is re-established as quickly as possible and in full coordination and transparency with the areas concerned; -ensure proper management of access to applications, following the relevant recommendations within its scope; -contributes to the construction of dashboards for production monitoring and carries out the actions defined for service improvement; -monitor the implementation of planned changes to the production plan, ensuring their proper implementation; -verifies the functional and technical quality of interfaces / communications between applications; -monitor the state of the technical components of the applications; -ensure compliance with the SLS defined in the supported applications with 24/7 weekly rotation within the team for critical incidents.
(1 prevention week and 15 additional monthly hours of work where 50% may be Sundays and holidays).
-ensure and keep up to date manuals, technical documentation and operational procedures; -review and monitor application performance data in order to improve service quality and user experience; -ensure the technical installation and configuration of catalog applications; -actively contributes to CI/CD processes by developing automation scripts; -define and implement controls facilitating the supervision of services; -It must carry out the training required for the proper functioning of its area and enterprise and ensure that the team carries it out.
-It can perform other activities, not specified above, necessary for the pursuit of the objectives and proper functioning of the Center of Expertise and participates in the Tribes' ceremonies as an advisor to ITops.
