Provide outstanding customer service via phone email and chat to address customer inquiries and concerns.
Assist customers with productrelated questions and ensure a smooth and positive experience.
Record and manage customer interactions accurately in our system.
Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain uptodate knowledge of products and services to provide informed assistance.
Participate in training sessions and team meetings as required.
Requirements.
Native proficiency in Irish English.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Problemsolving skills and a customercentric mindset.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
Work Schedule.
Monday to Friday.

AM 6.
PM Saturday and Sunday.
