General knowledge about the communication work of an international organization; Knowledge about online and offline communication instrument and the ability to use this knowledge in a practical environment; Profound skills in organising and promoting events; Optimisation of social media online communication through experience and use.
Monitoring plan.
Documenting the work of the internship on a weekly basis.
Regular meetings with the supervisor to stay up to date, discuss projects, challenges that may come up and how to deal with them.
TASKS.
Help in the organisation and execution of events, activities, trips and other events in Porto and around Portugal Event planning, design and production while managing all project delivery elements within time limits; Propose ideas to improve provided services and event quality and Organize facilities and manage all event’s details; Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day; Reception and guide students at events, activities, trips and other events in Porto and around Portugal Interaction with international students and provide them support and important information about Lisbon Manage websites and social media channels Promotion of events, activities, trips and other events in Porto Logistics.
prepare the different kinds of promotions for events; split and delegate tasks to the team members in the events; create and prepare material for events; be part of the organisation and creation of events and activities.
WORKING HOURS.
30 hours per week LEVEL OF LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY EXPECTED FROM THE TRAINEE.
