Job Description/ Work activity.
1.
Experience with designing and engineering solutions to monitor critical systems and network infrastructure across a wide array of technologies and platforms 2.
In-depth experience on Zabbix, intermediate knowledge on other monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Nagios, Splunk etc.
3.
Experience with Windows and Linux operating system management and administration 4.
Familiarity with LAN/WAN technologies and clear, strong understanding of network concepts / services 5.
Strong understanding of multi-tier application architectures and application runtime environments 6.
Strong understanding of workflow management and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow Skills.
