40 heures par semaine du lundi au dimanche de 7h 21h (horaires rotatifs) Jours de Repos.

895 EUR par mois (vers sur 14 mois) Bonus KPI.
100 EUR par mois (vers sur 12 mois) Indemnit de Repas.

Responsabilits.
Devenez le premier point de contact des tlspectateurs et reprsentez notre marque avec passion et professionnalisme.
Assister les clients via tlphone chat et email.
Aider la gestion des comptes lutilisation des applications et au dpannage technique.
Fournir des rponses prcises et en temps rel sur les fonctionnalits des logiciels et la configuration des systmes.
Garder une trace des interactions clients en enregistrant les demandes plaintes et actions ralises.
Qualifications Prfres.
Une exprience antrieure en service client est un atout.
Excellentes comptences en communication et rsolution de problmes.
