Your job will involve evaluating written emails and phone calls and giving feedback on how they can improve.

native level of German and a good level of EnglishHaving a valid Portuguese work permit (required)Living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon organizing the move and paperwork on your ownStable internet connectionA detail-oriented and reliable way of workingAbility to notice small issues that could affect the guest experienceStrong verbal and written communication skills for effective feedback and reportingCapability to evaluate various aspects of hotel operations and identify areas for improvement.
