Your responsabilities: Resolving user issues via calls, email, and chat in French Composing empathetic, tailored messages when interacting with users Investigating and resolving complaints; documenting circumstances, conducting investigations, and justifying resolutions Processing insurance policy administration or cancellation requests Handling escalated or urgent calls with potentially upset customers Our expectations: You speak French in proficiency Fluent English level (C1) You already live in Portugal Self-motivation and a collaborative spirit to thrive in our dynamic team.
