We are seeking a talented individual to join our Health and Benefits team at Mercer.
This role will be based in Lisbon.
This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

You'll be joining a successful team that supports companies assess, develop and deploy strategies, programs and initiatives to improve the health and wellness of their employees.
As a Health and Benefits Consultant, you will manage different clients, understand their challenges and become a trusted advisor.
Together with the colleagues from Marsh you'll deliver a range of solutions as one enterprise.
We will count on you to.
* Manage major benefits transformation projects; * Develop strong client business relations; * Co-build with our clients the most adequate benefits practices; * Identify partnerships necessities / opportunities; * Assure quality of delivery and client satisfaction.
What you need to have.
* Degree in human resources, management, economics, law, sociology, public administration, marketing or other relevant field; * English language proficiency (B2 minimum); * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Good knowledge of Microsoft tools, mainly PowerPoint and Excel.
