German-Speaking IT Customer Service Representatives - Inbound and Outbound Location.
Remote (Anywhere in Portugal) or Office-Based in Lisbon Job Type.
Full-Time Compensation Options.
* Option 1.
Gross salary of EUR/month with free accommodation (own room in a shared house/apartment; includes allowances in the Lisbon area).
* Option 2.
Gross salary of EUR/month (no accommodation provided; includes allowances and bonuses).

Key Responsibilities.
* Customer Interaction.
Handle customer inquiries (approx.
80% inbound, 20% outbound) via phone and online chat.
* Client Support.
Provide assistance to corporate customers, primarily small and medium-sized businesses across sectors like healthcare, industry, administration, trade, finance, and education.
* Problem-Solving.
Offer customer-oriented solutions and resolve inquiries efficiently.
* Sales and Product Information.
Share product details, pricing, offers, and discounts, and process orders and sales over the phone.
* Customer Relationship Management.
Maintain consistent communication with existing clients to identify optimization opportunities and provide updates.
Training Details.
* Duration.
3 weeks (conducted in English).
* Content.
* Training on software systems for electronic data processing.
* Comprehensive product and service overview.
* Customer relationship management and consultation techniques.
Working Hours.
* Monday to Friday, between and hours per month.
Requirements.
* Languages.
* Native-level German proficiency.
* B2-level English proficiency.
* Skills.
* Excellent IT knowledge, particularly MS Office.
* Basic hardware knowledge.
* Experience.
* Previous experience in outbound sales is essential.
