Full-Time Compensation Options.

Gross salary of €/month with free accommodation (own room in a shared house/apartment; includes allowances in the Lisbon area).

Key Responsibilities.
Customer Interaction.
Handle customer inquiries (approx.
80% inbound, 20% outbound) via phone and online chat.
Client Support.
Provide assistance to corporate customers, primarily small and medium-sized businesses across sectors like healthcare, industry, administration, trade, finance, and education.
Problem-Solving.
Offer customer-oriented solutions and resolve inquiries efficiently.
Sales and Product Information.
Share product details, pricing, offers, and discounts, and process orders and sales over the phone.
Customer Relationship Management.
Maintain consistent communication with existing clients to identify optimization opportunities and provide updates.
Training Details.
Duration.
3 weeks (conducted in English).
Content.
Training on software systems for electronic data processing.
Comprehensive product and service overview.
Customer relationship management and consultation techniques.
Working Hours.
Monday to Friday, between and hours per month.
Requirements.
Languages.
Native-level German proficiency.
B2-level English proficiency.
Skills.
Excellent IT knowledge, particularly MS Office.
Basic hardware knowledge.
Experience.
Previous experience in outbound sales is essential.
