Description: As a customer advisor in the insurance industry, you will use your skills to solve emerging problems precisely and efficiently and to advise your customers in a solution-oriented manner. Given the dynamics of this job, you will be able to develop your IT skills and advance your international career at your own pace.German-language inbound customer support by phone, chat, and email regarding various insurance topicsAnswering emails and sending documents, information, contracts, etc.Documenting relevant case information in the internal ticketing systemAsserting claims or canceling requestsElectronic archiving of successfully completed casesReviewing and updating changes to customer data or similarEnsuring excellent customer satisfactionResponding appropriately to customer escalations and documenting the process preciselyAs a representative of the company, you represent the company values and ensure a good reputation Requirements: German language skills at C1/C2 level or native speaker + English language skills at B2 levelExcellent written and oral communication skillsExperience in troubleshooting and solving customer problems is an advantagePatience and empathy to correctly understand customers' questionsHandle all data and personal information with the utmost confidentialityProactive, self-motivated and a great team playerAll applicants must have an EU passport or a valid residence permit.
