As a key member of our customer support team, you’ll assist users with troubleshooting, educate them on platform features, and ensure they receive the best possible service.

Your responsibilities as Customer Service for Website Soluctions will be.
Deliver outstanding customer service through chat, email, and phone support.
Assist users in troubleshooting issues with the client platform, offering effective solutions and guidance.
Help users understand the platform's features to maximize the potential of their websites.
Collaborate with product and development teams to resolve technical challenges.
Stay informed about new client features and updates to ensure accurate support.
Gather and communicate user feedback to enhance the overall user experience.
What you need to succeed in this role.
Language skills.
German proficiency C2 level and B2 English level Experience or knowledge in digital marketing and/or web design, and a strong enthusiasm for the field.
Tech-affin, with the ability to quickly adapt to new software and tools.
At least 1 year of experience in customer service with a strong customer-centric focus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and patience when assisting users.
Experience with website builders or content management systems is a plus.
