Remote from mainland Portugal Start Date.
April Contract Type.
Permanent (3-month trial period) Responsibilities.
- Assist customers via phone, email, and chat regarding rental services - Resolve inquiries related to reservations, billing, and policies - Provide outstanding customer support and ensure customer satisfaction - Work in a rotational shift schedule (including weekends) Working Hours.
- Monday to Friday.
Rotational shifts between AM – PM - Saturday.
AM – PM - Sunday.
AM – PM - Two rotational days off per week Salary & Benefits.
- Initial paid training period - Base Salary.
€ (paid 14 times) - Extras for working on Sundays and public holidays - Performance Bonus.
€120 per month, paid 12 times a year - Position Bonus.
€20 per month - Complexity Bonus.
€30 per month, paid 12 times a year - Meal Allowance.

per working day, net, paid in a meal card (approx.
€ 159 per month, net) - Health Insurance.
Paid by the employee for the first 6 months, then fully covered The approximate monthly total over a 12-month period is € (not including extras for working on Sundays and public holidays) Required Documents.
