Key Responsibilities.
Deliver exceptional customer service through chat, email, and phone.
Troubleshoot platform-related issues, providing guidance and effective solutions.
Educate users on platform features and assist them in optimizing their websites.
Collaborate with product and development teams to resolve technical challenges.
Stay updated on new platform features and updates to ensure accurate support.
Gather and relay user feedback to contribute to continuous platform improvement.
Work Schedule.
Monday to Sunday, rotational shifts (including night shifts).
Two rotating days off per week.
Requirements.
Proficiency in German and at least B2-level English.
Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or a similar role (mandatory).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work on-site.
On Offer.
Salary.
EUR 890/month (14 payments per year) + Performance Bonus.
EUR 90/month (12 months).
Extra payment.
