join their team as a Legal Operation Analyst (a Content Review role) in Santos, Lisbon (a centrally located area with great transport connection).
This is an on-site role, offering structured work hours from Monday to Friday.
No prior experience in a contact center is required, making this an excellent opportunity for both entry-level candidates and those with experience.
Key Responsibilities - Review and process incoming legal requests with accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle requests related to privacy claims, defamation, fraud, and falsification.
- Maintain a deep understanding of client policies and guidelines.
- Ensure high-quality standards and adherence to agreed turnaround times.
- Back-office role with no direct customer interaction.
Requirements.
- German language proficiency (spoken and written) on C1 level and higher - English proficiency at B2 level and higher (spoken and written) - Ability to work efficiently in a structured environment.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- No previous content moderation experience required (up to 12 months is considered a plus).
Compensation & Benefits.
- Annual Base Salary.
