Job Description.
We are seeking a motivated and passionate Frenchspeaking Customer Support Agent to join our team in Portugal.
In this role you will provide topnotch assistance to customers while helping them resolve their inquiries effectively via phone email or chat.
Key Responsibilities.
Customer Assistance.
Respond to inquiries and provide solutions to customers in French ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Documentation.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on outstanding issues.
Product Knowledge.
Acquire indepth knowledge of our products and services to effectively assist customers.
Collaboration.
Work closely with your team members to improve customer service processes and share insights.
Problem Resolution.
Manage customer complaints with empathy and professionalism resolving issues promptly.
Contract Details.
Contract Duration.
Initial 12month contract with the possibility of an additional 12 months based on performance.
Permanent Contract Potential.
After two years of successful employment there may be an option for a permanent contract.
Compensation and Benefits.
Salary Structure.
Base Salary.
per month gross for candidates not opting for accommodation; per month gross with accommodation plus a 200 accommodation benefit (inkind).

Up to 20 days of annual leave in the first year with 22 days in subsequent years.

Requirements.
Language Skills.
Proficient in French and English (both written and spoken).
Education.
High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred.
Work Permits.
For nonEU citizens a valid work permit or residency document is necessary to work in Portugal.
Technical Requirements.
A smartphone (Android 8.
or iOS 12 minimum) is required.
