Assist customers with productrelated questions and account management.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service and satisfaction.
Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements.
Qualifications Native or fluent French speaker with strong communication skills.
Proficient in English is a plus.
Previous experience in customer support is preferred but not required.
Excellent problemsolving abilities and a passion for helping customers.
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
