Fournir un support client par téléphone, e-mail ou chat, en répondant aux questions et préoccupations des clients concernant le service; Représenter une marque renommée et garantir la satisfaction maximale des clients; Travailler pour atteindre les objectifs fixés par le client et en interne; Résoudre les doutes et les problèmes de manière cordiale.

Ce dont vous aurez besoin.
Permis de travail (Obligatoire); Compétences en communication écrite et orale en anglais (niveau B1 minimum); Compétences avancées en communication écrite et orale en anglais (niveau C1 minimum); Expérience dans le Support Client (préférée); Diplôme de fin d'études secondaires; Excellentes compétences en communication et en négociation; Aptitude à résoudre les problèmes; Capacité à contrôler et orienter la direction des appels avec les clients; Capacité à établir et maintenir des relations positives avec les clients.
