ERP FUNCTIONAL SUPPORT INTERN

Verisure (in Portugal known as Securitas Direct) is seeking a talented, innovative, hands-on and passionate Oracle ERP Functional Support Intern to support our growing Center of Excellence (CoE) servicing all Verisure operations across 18 countries in Europe and LATAM.
The role will be a key member of the ERP Center of Excellence Team with critical impact on the business.
Extensive internal and external training will be provided to ensure optimal employee development.

On the back of the extraordinary growth we have enjoyed in the past years, we aim to strengthen and further develop our Group ERP CoE function including a strategic decision to centralise the function in Lisbon.
Responsibilities will include, among others.
•    Support CoE activities on the ERP Cloud Finance solution, end-to-end process and on implemented territories and Business Units •    Support CoE structure with tickets management, analysis and resolution related to the ERP support model, coordinating workflow with 1st (functional team) and 2nd (technical resolution team) support levels with managing of Finance GPO •    Support ERP process monitorization and distribution of project CoE administrative reports •    Build in-depth Oracle ERP cloud functional knowledge to support best practices application, changes, updates and releases •    Support on integration enhancements between Oracle ERP Cloud and other legacy systems •    Support functional training and provide business process documentation to stakeholders, validators and end users considering the approved Blueprints •    Support Configuration of ERP Cloud and Finance modules, design custom dashboards and BI reports Experiences and Qualifications We are looking for a high potential / top performer individual who will have the opportunity to learn from a growing organization and have a real impact on the business.
•    University Degree, preferably Graduate in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration/Management, Information Management, or related areas •    Fluent in written and spoken English.
