• Engage and interact with clients through chat to increase sales and revenue.
• Develop and implement effective chat strategies to improve engagement and drive sales.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and their followers, enhancing the overall chatting experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their followers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize chat support processes and workflows.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist clients and provide accurate information.
• Meet and exceed performance targets while adhering to company and account rules and policies.
Requirements.
• Sales knowledge and experience in a chat support management role are preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and their followers.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client needs and resolve issues.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet consistent targets.
• Flexibility to work 8-hour shifts on Mondays and 12-hour shifts from Tuesday to Sunday.
Two days off are provided.
