- Disponibilidade imediata; - Experiência mínima de 2 anos em funções de Service Desk/ Deskside Support; - Experiência em suporte ao utilizador remoto e presencial; - Configuração de novos equipamentos com recurso a SCCM (imagens); - Substituição de equipamentos e passagem de dados entre ambos; - Experiência com troubleshooting de software e hardware; - Capacidade de produzir documentação e procedimentos para passagem de conhecimentos a outras equipas; - Atualizar procedimentos já existentes; - Curso e/ou certificação ITIL (valorizado); - Excelentes capacidades de comunicação assim como boa gestão de conflito; - Capacidade de compromisso; - Gosto por trabalho em equipa; - Gosto por desafios e troubleshooting; - Orientação ao cliente; - A pontualidade/assiduidade são fatores muito importantes; - Capacidade de gestão do stress.
