- Experiência anterior de pelo menos 2 anos em suporte informático; - Excelentes capacidades de comunicação e gestão de conflitos; - Experiência em troubleshooting de software e hardware; - Conhecimentos de equipamentos multimédia, bilhética e Sistemas Operativos (postos de trabalho e servidores); - Habilidade para documentar e criar procedimentos técnicos; - Capacidade de gestão de stock e atualização de CMDB.
Responsabilidades.
- Realizar troubleshooting de software e hardware; - Suporte e manutenção de equipamentos multimédia e bilhética; - Gestão de Sistemas Operativos para postos de trabalho e servidores; - Documentação e criação de procedimentos técnicos; - Gerir entrega e recolha de equipamentos, incluindo controle de stock; - Atualizar a CMDB com informações sobre ativos de TI; - Instalar upgrades de hardware; - Coordenar transporte de equipamentos e contato com parceiros de suporte; - Disponibilidade para resolução de problemas fora do horário normal, de forma remota ou presencial, conforme necessário.
