Responsabilidades.
Prestar suporte ao cliente em testes de cibersegurança; Gerir o sistema de emissão de tickets e assegurar a resolução atempada dos problemas dos clientes; Recolher e analisar o feedback dos clientes para promover a melhoria contínua.
Requisitos.
12º Ano ou Formação Técnica em Informática, Cibersegurança ou similar; Experiência profissional em suporte técnico e de apoio ao cliente, especialmente em canais digitais; Fortes capacidades de comunicação; Valoriza-se competências analíticas para interpretação de dados; Experiência de gestão de processos em ambientes de serviços digitais; Capacidade analítica e de resolução de problemas; Fluência em Português e Inglês.
Local de Trabalho.
