Customer Support Advisor (European Portuguese) Location.
Lisbon Portugal Work Schedule.
Fulltime role (40 hours per week).
Rotative shifts including nights (Monday to Sunday).
Two days off per week (rotative).
Contract Duration.
Initial contract of 6 months with the possibility of renewal.
Compensation.
Base Salary.
payments over 12 months).
Performance Bonus.
80 for every 11 months worked.
Key Responsibilities.
Deliver highquality customer support in European Portuguese across multiple channels including phone email and chat.
Address customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues providing effective solutions promptly.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update relevant information as needed.
Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer experience and ensure service excellence.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to management.
Qualifications.
Native or fluent speaker of European Portuguese.
(Note.
Brazilian and other South American Portuguese speakers are not accepted.) Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a teamoriented environment.
