And we require a German speaking customer support talent.
1.

Industry standard Monday to Friday week.
With the schedule of 9am to 6pm.

Two months of training will be provided.
One year renewable contract with career growth.

Description.
1.
Customer Support for monetization purposes like how to and optimize channel.
2.
Understand and remain up to date with clients policies and guidelines.
3.
Support with Account and Settings like resolve content ID and rights management issues.
4.
Policy Safety and Copyright management like understand ads navigation policy and copyright guidelines.
5.
Troubleshoot different problems.
6.
Solving problems with playing videos uploading account and bugs issues membership issues.
Requirements.
1.
German C1 Level.
2.
English B2 Level.
3.
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
4.
Quick learner and adaptable to learning new processes concepts and skills with excellent organizational and time management skills.
5.
Knowledge of BPO KPIs.
CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) NPS (Net Promoter Score) and SLAs (Service Level Agreement).
6.
Hold EU ID or Residence Card.
If youre moving in from outside of Portugal then well help you with bureaucracy and provide a bonus to aid you with getting settled.
