Funções.
- Analisar e desenvolver procedimentos relacionados com a atividade e sistemas de informação; - Monitorizar a execução alinhada com os procedimentos em vigor; - Efetuar o suporte e esclarecimentos relacionados com processos internos da empresa; - Apoiar no desenvolvimento de projetos de melhoria contínua; - Colaborar no desenvolvimento de ferramentas de apoio às atividades; - Efetuar a monitorização dos processos de backoffice relacionados com a atividade, nomeadamente controlo e monitorização de incidências ou reclamações.
Requisitos.
- Formação académica superior em Comércio Internacional, Relações Internacionais, Ciências Empresariais ou áreas afins; - Domínio do MS-Office, sobretudo Excel; - Bons conhecimentos da língua inglesa; - Capacidade de comunicação, facilidade de relacionamento interpessoal e de trabalho em equipa; - Forte sentido de responsabilidade; - Capacidade de análise, sentido crítico e de resolução de problemas.
Oferece-se.
