Efetuar o atendimento ao paciente/cliente com base nos nveis de servio e de qualidade definidos pela empresa Registar corretamente em sistema informtico todos os pedidos reclamaes ou questes efetuadas pelo paciente e/ou se necessrio encaminhlas para o departamento/pessoa responsvel Efetuar todas as chamadas outbound definidas pela empresa Assegurar a qualidade de dados bem como a segurana e proteo dos mesmos Executar tarefas administrativas complementares Trabalhar em turnos (horrios entre as 07h e 23h) Requirements Requisitos.
Tens formao acadmica ao nvel do 12.
ano de escolaridade Tens experincia mnima de dois anos em funes de servio de apoio ao cliente e administrativas de natureza semelhante Possuis bons conhecimentos em informtica (Office Word e Excel) O teu portugus fluente (falado e escrito) e possuis bom nvel de ingls/espanhol (falado e escrito) Gostas de comunicar e tens enfoque na satisfao do cliente Tens facilidade de gesto de situaes de conflito Possuis sentido de responsabilidade e disponibilidade Benefits Salario e subsdio de alimentao competitivo Contrato directamente com a empresa final Modelo de trabalho hbrido Contrato fulltime Possibilidade de renovao Bnus progressivo em funo de objetivos Seguro mdico Entre outros
