- Comunicação com os clientes, garantir o uso eficaz dos produtos e gerir os elementos operacionais relacionados com a solução.
- Responder de forma célere às solicitações dos clientes.
- Comunicar com os clientes através de diversos canais.
- Reconhecer e resolver as reclamações dos clientes.
- Processar pedidos, formulários, candidaturas e solicitações.
- Manter registos das interações, transações, comentários e reclamações dos clientes.
- Demonstrar fortes capacidades analíticas.
- Comunicar e coordenar com os colegas das áreas de Planeamento, Inovação, Qualidade e outras áreas da empresa.
- Fornecer feedback sobre a eficiência do processo de atendimento ao cliente.
- Garantir a satisfação do cliente e fornecer um apoio profissional.
Requisitos e Competências.
- 12º ano de escolaridade ou equivalente.
- Capacidade em gestão de conflitos.
- Conhecimentos em ferramentas Office e SAP (obrigatório).
- Fluência em Inglês e Espanhol.
- Conhecimentos de Alemão e Francês (preferencial).
- Mínimo de 5 anos de experiência em apoio ao cliente.
