- comunicação constante com os clientes, no sentido de assegurar o nível de serviço e os padrões de qualidade exigidos, tanto a nível interno como do cliente; - análise e preparação de propostas para clientes.
elaboração de pró-formas e realização dos demais procedimentos comerciais de apoio ao cliente; - análise de contratos de clientes e respetiva gestão de indicadores internos, assim como, da carteira de clientes.
