Experiência necessária.
1 ano em função similar Habilitações mínimas.
12º ano de escolaridade Habilitações preferenciais.
Licenciatura Formação específica.
Sem formação específica necessária Conhecimentos de informática.

Ensino secundário completo ou Licenciatura; Experiência.
1-3 anos em cobranças e customer care; Fluência em Inglês (B2) e/ ou Espanhol (B2), Francês (B2)/ Alemão (B2)/ Italiano (B2)/ Holandês (B2)/ Nórdico (B2) Precisão e atenção aos pormenores; Conhecimentos de Microsoft Office; Competências numéricas; Competências de trabalho em equipa; Competências de comunicação escrita e verbal.
