What you will do in this role As a Customer Advisor, you will.
* Assist customers with their last-minute bookings mainly through live chat * Use your creativity and intuition to help undecided customers choose from the range of hotels in the Americas, Europe, and Australia * Provide excellent customer service by managing expectations and claims in a very positive, polite, and diplomatic way * Handle inquiries and provide timely responses and manage requests * Ensure that the degree of satisfaction meets the customer and company needs * Contribute to creating brand engagement for our client Your qualifications Concentrix is a great match if you.
