Customer Service Representative (German C1 English B2) Location.
Porto Portugal Start Date.
4th November and 21st November Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our partner a leading BPO company.
In this role you will support customers by providing topnotch service ensuring high satisfaction and handling inquiries related to our clients industry solutions.
Key Responsibilities.
Deliver exceptional customer service and support via multiple communication channels (phone email chat) Address customer queries provide solutions and guide them through using our clients products and services Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and effective resolution of issues Collaborate with other team members to meet performance targets and service level agreements Requirements.
German (C1) and English (B2) language proficiency Availability to work on a rotating shift schedule (Monday to Sunday to with possible extensions until ) Must be located in or willing to relocate to Porto Valid EU documentation (EU ID Residence Card Manifestao de Interesse Visa under consultation) Work Model.
Onsite role in Porto Compensation & Benefits.
Base salary.
EUR per month (14 months) KPI Bonus.
120 EUR per month (after meeting performance targets) Meal allowance.

EUR per working day Relocation package.
Outside Portugal.
Reimbursement of airfare up to 400 EUR(after 180 days of contract) hotel accommodation for 28 days Inside Portugal.
Reimbursement of travel costs up to 150 EUR(after 180 days of contract) hotel accommodation for 15 days Training.
